RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At HOOPLAB, we are committed to providing high-quality basketball training equipment and reliable after-sales support.

We stand behind our products and will always do our best to help resolve any product-related issues.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

Due to the high cost of international shipping, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

All sales are considered final once an order has been shipped.

If you have any concerns about a product before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.


Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Orders

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

After review, we may provide one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement parts
  • Repair assistance
  • Partial replacement
  • Full replacement when necessary

Warranty & Spare Parts Support

All HOOPLAB products include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

If any covered component fails during the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge.

Our goal is to keep your equipment working properly and minimize downtime.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper use
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Incorrect installation
  • Normal wear and tear

Refused Shipments

Customers are responsible for accepting delivery of their orders.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, remote area surcharges, carrier fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities or shipping carriers, the order may not be eligible for a refund.

We strongly recommend contacting us before refusing any shipment so that we can help find an appropriate solution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged, defective, or incomplete upon arrival:

  • Foldable Shooting Form Trainer
  • Rolling Dribble Trainer
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Customized products
