SHIPPING POLICY
At HOOPLAB, all products are carefully packed and shipped directly from our facility in China to customers worldwide.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Please note that for international shipments, tracking information may take 2–5 business days to become active due to export processing and carrier handling procedures.

International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
The shipping fee paid at checkout covers international shipping and standard delivery service.
For most destinations, customers are not required to pay additional duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.
However, customs regulations vary by country, and in rare cases local authorities may impose additional charges that are outside of our control.
Remote Area Deliveries
Some remote locations, islands, or extended service areas may require an additional carrier surcharge.
Examples may include, but are not limited to:
- Hawaii outer islands
- Alaska
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Other remote or extended service areas identified by the carrier
If an additional delivery surcharge applies to your shipping address, we will contact you before shipment and obtain your approval before proceeding.
No additional charges will be applied without prior notice.
Most customers will not be affected by this policy.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow several days for tracking updates to appear after shipment, as international carriers may require time to process and activate tracking information.
Customers will receive an automatic shipping notification once tracking information becomes available.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to deliver every order as quickly as possible, HOOPLAB cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures
- Airline or transportation disruptions
- Severe weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, remote area surcharges, or other carrier-imposed fees, the order may not be eligible for a refund.
We strongly recommend contacting us before refusing any shipment so that we can assist in finding a suitable solution.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
Our team will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help provide an appropriate solution.
